How can I become a speaker?
Anyone can speak at Whole U GR. We do not pay our speakers. It is a benefit of being an exhibitor, but we also accept those interested in just speaking.
Where do I park?
St. Cecilia Music Center has free parking on the South side of the building.
Is there a cost to attend the Expo?
Yes, tickets are $6 on Eventbrite if you purchase them in advance. Tickets will be $10 at the door.
Where do visitors buy tickets?
Is there a deadline for exhibitor applications?
August 15 for the discount and after that December 15, 2016.
When can I register for a “booth”?
How much is a “booth”?
If you sign up before August 15, 2016 the cost of a both is a low $200. After that date the cost of a “booth” is $250.
Can I pick my location?
Whole U GR will try to accommodate desired location, however, we try to separate booths with similar offerings. Space is limited so location requests will be taken on a first come basis.
What if my booth requires more space?
Space is limited, but we try to accommodate an exhibitor’s needs the best we can. If you need more space, buying two “booths” may be necessary.
When do exhibitors load in?
Load in is from 6-8pm on Friday or 8am -10am Saturday of the expo.
